09-29-2018 Day 5 Hike to Montepertuso il Buco

Today, after hiking 8 miles yesterday, we decided to have a stay at home day. Needing a few things from the market, we walked up to the square for supplies. Behind the square was the trail to the namesake for our village of Montepertusso, Hole in the Mountain. I had on sandals, which actually worked best of the steep stairs, and was very happy that I also had my walking pole with me.
