We left Grants Pass traveling highway 199 toward the coast, visiting Jedediah Smith National Park along the route.  We continued to Crescent City where we enjoyed the best fish and chips ever before continuing south on Highway 101 toward Eureka. Taking a short side route, we drove through Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park where Sue and Deborah walked through the gorgeous redwood groves.
